One Connection. A Fuller Production Network.

How It Works
The right people, the right next step.
Covington Select is the casting and production-support partner connecting professionals in front of and behind the camera.
A considered path from first submission to the opportunities that fit your craft.
Join the Network
Submit your professional information through the existing Join Talent & Crew form.
Build Your Profile
Share relevant photos or headshots, résumé, reels, skills, experience, location, availability, physical characteristics when applicable, and other professional details.
Profile Review
Covington Select reviews submissions before adding professionals to the active roster.
Get Matched
When a production hires Covington Select, we search the roster for professionals who match the project requirements.
Receive Opportunities
Matching talent and crew may receive casting, audition, availability, booking, or production-related communications.
Keep Your Profile Current
Update relevant profile information so matching data stays accurate.
Joining the Covington Select network does not guarantee acceptance, representation, auditions, employment, or bookings. Members are contacted when their profile may match the needs of a project.
One project brief can become a coordinated casting, crew, and production-support plan.
Tell Us What You Need
Submit your project and casting or crew requirements through the existing intake.
We Build the Right Team
We identify appropriate talent, background performers, voice talent, crew, Hair/Makeup/Wardrobe professionals, and other production resources based on the project needs.
We Source & Coordinate
We manage sourcing, submissions, availability, and communication.
Production Selects
Producers and directors make final creative and hiring decisions where applicable.
We Support the Production
We provide continued booking coordination, talent communication, on-set talent coordination, and additional production support.
Covington Select connects the professionals who bring a production to life — in front of the camera and behind it — while leaving final creative and hiring decisions with the production.
