Question 1

How do I access the Talent Portal?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Talent Portal and request a password-free, one-time sign-in link using the email on your active, approved, consent-cleared roster profile. The link is single-use and expires after 15 minutes.

Question 2

How do I request Bio Writing, and when do I pay?

Accepted Answer

In the Talent Portal, review the current actor-materials package catalog and displayed prices, then select a package and bio format. Describe the intended use and requested emphasis, and submit your request. Supporting background answers are optional, and no payment is collected with the request. The agency reviews it and sends a custom Bio Writing quote in USD. It is not an order until you accept the quote in the portal. After acceptance, you can continue to secure checkout; payment must be verified before the writing work can start.
